"Have server reply using <message>" rule isn't auto-replying
Any idea why this rule does not work for one account but works for another account?
We're using Exchange 2003 on SBS 2003

Can you be bit more discriptive, Alos i would suggest you to post this thread into SBS server forum.

Well, it doesn't auto-reply to the senders. I tried sending an email from a personal account and it didn't auto reply to it. Sorry, are you able to move the thread over?

Hi,
Does the issue occur on certain user account or several user accounts?
First, please assure the “Allow automatic Replies” box is selected within the “Internet Message Formats” Properties. After that, I suggest
you clear the rule in the problematic user account and refer to the following article to recreate the rule.
